The New York Times has called Eastham "Cape Cod's Little Secret." Considered the Outer Cape, Eastham offers visitors a quieter and less crowded environment than some of the more well-known towns of the Cape.

Property is located on a quiet-lane, 1-acre lot.  Walking distance to Wellfleet Drive-In Theatre & Flea Market and Wellfleet Wildlife Sanctuary (Mass Audubon Society - *Bring your binoculars for Spectacular Birding!). Close to Bay Beaches, Bike Trail and National Seashore Beaches (Nauset Light, Coast Guard and Marconi). Short drive to the towns of Wellfleet and Orleans.

Am I allowed to bring my dog or other pets?

There are absolutely NO PETS allowed, sorry!

What days will the rental be on?

The rental period each week is SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.

Check in is 2:00pm the Saturday of arrival and check out at 10:00am the following Saturday (we need time to clean!).

​

What if I want to arrive early to / leave late from the Cape to avoid traffic & enjoy more full days?

We fully encourage this!

We want you to get the most out of your rental; feel free to arrive early / leave late & drop off any luggage.

Contact us beforehand & we can work out a plan. We just need to be in the cottage from 10:00am-2:00pm to clean each Saturday!
